We hereby inform you that Hoteles Santos will store your data so as to provide you with the hotel service you have contracted, as per what set out in your reservation terms and conditions.

We hereby inform you that the storage of your data by Hoteles Santos is necessary to be able to carry out your reservation at our hotels.

In turn, we hereby inform you Hoteles Santos has installed the necessary technical and organisational security measures to guarantee the safety of your personal data and to avoid alteration, loss, storage or unauthorised access to it, as per the technology, nature of the stored data and the risks to which they are exposed, whether from human activity or from the physical or natural environment.

In addition, we hereby inform you that Hoteles Santos will use the data collected on this form to send commercial offers to you about its hotel products.

If you do not wish your data to be used by Hoteles Santos for commercial purposes, you may object to their storage for this purpose, by not crossing box.

Lastly, we remind you that you may exercise your rights to access, rectify, cancel and oppose the storage of your data by writing to Hoteles Santos (Departamento de Informática), at its registered address at Calle Juan Bravo no. 8, 28006 Madrid and specifying your request accompanied by a photocopy of your DNI (National ID card).
